Welcome to teach medicine or English in Jiangxi Province 

University Introduction: the Medical University, located in Nanchang, the capital city of Jiangxi province, is a higher learning university of medical science including Western Medicine as well as Chinese Medicine under the authority of Central Government of China.  The university has been authorized to grant bachelor and master degrees and accept doctorate degree students in association with Beijing University of TCM. It has more than ten thousand students at present. It has also been designated by the National Ministry of Education as one of the higher learning Universities eligible to accept overseas students as well as students from Taiwan, Macao, Hong Kong. Medical Positions Description

Requirements: Master degree or above. For lecturer and tutor, MBBS is acceptable. At least three years of teaching experience.

Age: below the age of 70 with good health.

Number of positions open:  2 for physiology; 2 for anatomy; 1 for biochemistry; 1 for pathology; two for pharmacology; 1 for public health, 2 for general medicine professor,2 for gynecology professor, 1 for forensic medicine, 1 for Psychiatry.

Workload: 16 teaching hours/week for each anatomy teacher; 14 for each biochemistry and physiology teacher respectively; 12 for each pathology, pharmacology, public health teacher respectively. 

Salary & benefits

Monthly salary (to be negotiable) after tax in US Dollars: 1500(professor); 1400(associate professor); 1200(assistant professor); 1000(lecturer); 800(tutor)

Air fare (RMB): Round-trip reimbursed against the amount carried on the purchasing invoice up to 10000RMB or equivalent US Dollars

Extra Pay: 100RMB/teaching hour

English teaching Positions Description

Boarding: New first class apartments on campus, which are fully furnished with new furniture, washing machine, hot water heater, microwave, gas stove, regenerator with freezer, Bottled water dispenser, cable television, digital receiver for English language programs and cooking utensils, computer with internet hook-up. Each apartment has climate control (heating and cooling) that is under the control of the teacher. Utilities such as water and electricity are paid for by the University.
