  • 1. Can I access the Internet while live on campus?
    You can only have campus internet access in your room, you can access to international internet. But there are internet cafes inside and outside the campus (five minutes on foot).

    2. How does the bedroom look like?
    You will live in a nice building specially reserved for foreign experts or students. The room has the same standard as in a hotel. There are Bedding, TV, Air conditioner, Bathroom, Telephone and 24 hours hot water. The room will be cleaned every day and the sheet will be changed from time to time by waiter. You can receive phone calls from any other countries,  and make international phone calls as long as you pay deposit in advance at the counter.

    3. What kind of food do you supply?
    The main cuisine is Chinese food, but western food can be also served.

    4. Is it safe living on campus?
    The University is surrounded by walls. There are 24 hours' security guards at the gate and inside the apartment. It’s safe, quiet and clean while you live on campus.

    5. How are meals handled? Is drinking water available?
    Three meals a day. Boiled water is available in classrooms and bedrooms.

    6. What do you mean by international travel expense? Is that just passport and visa fees or is it something else?
    Any fee happened in your trip to Beijing is on you own, including passport and visa application.

    7. How is medical care handled in case the children get sick?
    We can not provide medical insurance to camp members. We strongly suggest you purchase medical insurance in your own country. We'll buy Unexpected Casualty Insurance of person for every members while they are in Beijing.

    8. What age children do you require a chaperone? What does the chaperone do while the children are studying?
    No chaperone is required if your child do not need extra care and help. But chaperone is very important for your child’s international travel. Chaperones can study together with children or leave for doing any other things they like to.

    9. Is there a self-service laundry or laundry service available?
    Yes, laundry room and laundry service are available.

    10. If we are interested in extending our trip to do some sightseeing, can you help?
    We'd like to give you some ideas if you could told us which city you are going to, what kind of things you are intetrested in. As you might know, there are many sightseeing spots in China.

    11. I noticed that you are located in Toronto. Is your fee quoted in Canadian dollars?
    All the fees are in US Dollar.

    12. What is the age range of member attending your summer camp?
    We do not limit member's age. Child, teenager and adults are welcomed.

    13. How large is the class size?
    The language class size is usually 15 students.

    14. How do you meet members need in different level and age?.
    We divide members into different groups according to their age and language level. We strive to meet every member’s needs.

    15. The classroom instructions are taught in Chinese language 100% or less?
    All the language courses will be taugh in Chinese although our teachers can speak English.

    16. What is the qualification of your teachers?
    Our teachers are qualified, specialized in teach Chinese to people who learn Chinese as their second language.

    17. What are the levels that you are offering for this summer camp?
    That will be decided in accordance with actual situation. We divide members into different groups according to their age and language level. We strive to meet every member’s needs.
