Qualified English Teachers needed
The job:
l Teaching quality English lessons to a wide range of levels and age groups, including Business English. This post will give you exposure to traditional private school small-group-style teaching, and also the possibility to work at some of Suzhou’s top public schools and businesses.
Workload: 18 hours per week (74 hours per month) spread out over 5 days
Qualifications for applicants
l Teacher’s certificate or TEFL/TESOL certificate, University education, Bachelor degree or above preferred
l Native English speakers from USA, Canada, UK and Australia
l 2 months probation period is needed in order to see how the applicants and the school cooperate.

Compensation and benefits
l 6,800 RMB net per month, plus 200 RMB bonus for International TEFL Diploma holders=total 7,000 RMB net per month for maximum of 71 hours per month
l Overtime pay 100 RMB per hour
l International health insurance plan provided. Insurance reimbursement of 1,500 RMB per year for those who already have their own insurance
l Travel time compensation where applicable (in form of reduced teaching hours)
l Travel expenses for any off-site lessons fully-reimbursed, a car delivery or an e-bike provided
l Full F or Z working visa sponsorship, all expenses covered
l Full accommodation location service provided to all teachers. Financial aid for deposits and advance rent payments provide by the school
l 20 days of paid holiday each year in first year of employment
l Possibility to transfer to other schools around the world easily (Japan, China, Vietnam)
l Flight reimbursement bonus 4,000 RMB per year
l Bonus RMB 3,000 at the end of a one-year contract
